Easter is quickly approaching. Stores are already stocked with peeps and plastic grass. I thought it would be a good time to share some of my favorite no-dye Easter egg decorating ideas.
There are some really awesome bloggers out there with such creative ideas!
3 Painted Eggs
Who needs dye when you can paint!!
On the left we have chalkboard painted eggs via Oleander + Palm. These just look like so much fun!!
In the center we have my version of a Fabergé inspired egg painted with acrylic paint and added glitter for sparkle.
On the right we have watercolor painted eggs via Better Homes and Gardens.
Sharpies, Napkins & Kool-Aid
Here are three more ideas that are a bit more non-traditional.
On the left we have one of my favorite bloggers, Jeanette from Tiny Rotten Peanuts. I just love her Sharpie eggs!
In the center we have Kool-Aid colored eggs via The Artful Parent. I know you’re thinking, but this is dye… well I would drink this dye and I surely wouldn’t drink the standard egg dye. So I’m keeping this one in!
On the right we have my decoupage eggs created with egg whites and paper napkins! Say what?! Egg whites? Yes, try it – it’s so easy and fun!
I’m sure you can think of many more ways to be creative with your eggs this year… hmmm – I know I’m thinking.
I’d love to see what you come up with. Please share them below!
